Inside Sales Representative

Base salary plus commissions and other benefit. One to two years IT sales experience preferred but not necessary. Need self starters who are motivated to succeed in IT Sales.

Responsibilities:
Cold-calling to Southern California SMBs. Grow new business, develop and maintain customer relationships. Manage backorder reports and attend vendor trainings.

Tech Engineer

Analyze existing systems and networks; design and develop systems and networks to meet user objectives; configure, install, implement, maintain, and support servers, operating systems, networks, hardware, and software applications; perform capacity planning to ensure availability, reliability, and scalability of systems; design and implement system and network backup and recovery procedures; test system, network, and data connectivity issues; identify and resolve problems; provide user support; monitor and tune system and network performance.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in CS, MIS, engineering, or related field of study and two year of related experience.
Must have two years of experience with network and system administration; troubleshooting network and system connectivity and routing problems and providing remote technical support.
